In my opinion these two societies are more similar than different. Both of the systems are based on land and their soldiers have a code of honor. These societies have a few differences but are mostly similar.

I agree because both had the 2nd in command controlling all the armies and the land. Also they are different in the rankings with the Peasants.

I think European and Japanese feudal societies were more similar. This is because of soldiers code of honor. Although these societies are different in some ways, they seem more similar in my opinion.

I believe these two civilizations are similar. They are similar, because their feudal societies are almost the same. They are almost the same because they are based on how much they contribute to society.

I think they have more similarities than differences. Their classes are almost all very alike. Japan had samurai and Europe had knights. Japan and Europe, also, both had wealthy landowners, Daimyo and Nobles.

There are definitely similarities and differences in each of the feudal societies but in my opinion they are more similar. They were both based on land and duty, both had warriors & lords, and both had a code of honor. One of the major differences is the role of the leader. And if you think the leader is important in this system, then maybe you might think these systems are more different than similar.

I think that the European and Japanese society have both similarities and differences. But I do think that these feudal systems are more similar than different, this was proved with the reading in class when more similarities were listed than differences. The main similarity I found was the Knights vs. the Samurai, Nobles vs. the Daimyo that kind of thing.

I think they are mostly similar than different. there many differences but I think there are more things they have in common. Like the codes. They both had a code of honor. Then you have the land of the lords. They both divided land to give to lords or diamyos. I think the only to my mind is the roles because in Japan they thought the peasants were higher than artisans and merchants because all they did was sell things not much make.

I think they were very similar because you had your shogun and daimyo and they were basically the same roles you played on each end of the feudal classes.

Sorry my phone literally died while I was typing that, anyway I think they are similar because they all separated the land to specific owners, and really the only difference was the names, even the code of honor was the same, only one for if I die I'll go to heaven, like I said only the names were really the only thing different

I think that these two were similar in many ways. Like the more land you own the wealthier you are. They are also different though. In japan if you are a peasant you are above people in the feudal pyramid but in England you are the lowest class.

I think that they were similar because there soldier, peasants, and rulers were in the same row. They all do the same thing the rulers rule, the soldiers fight and the peasants farm.
