I think that the Mongols had the biggest impact on our culture because they let the people they conquered practice their own religion. I believe this is important because if they didn't most people today would not have their own religion. I think that religion is very important even today.
I agree with you too Nathan along with my other comment. Religion is such a huge part today. Having the freedom to believe in what you want is really important and very meaningful to many people today.
I agree with you Nathan. Religion does have a really big impact on our world today. A lot of people base their whole lives on their god(s) and do tons of traditions. That really changed our world.
I think that the Tang Dynasty has the biggest impact on us today. I think this because during this time, paper money was invented and today we still use it. If paper money was not invented today, then we would have to be carrying around a bunch of coins with us everywhere. Our money today isn't really paper but it is similar.
I agree with you Jessica. Our paper money was influenced by the Tang dynasty, helping us create our ways. That is a big impact on the people who work, or the people with billions of dollars. Imagine that, but with 1$ coins.
I agree with you Abby. I mean imagine walking around with a bag full of coins that could probably weigh like 45lbs. I really wouldn't want to walk around with that much weight, and I don't think anybody would.
Yes Jessica. I do strongly agree with you. But, what if it was really windy and you lost all of your money. What would happen?
I agree. If we reverted back to coins it wouldn't be as easy to store compare to the thin paper. Since we're so used to light paper money coins would be unbelievably heavy as well. Overall it would be very inconvenient.
I agree because who would want to carry 5 pound coins with them every where they went. Although people would not Be able to make or print there own money.
I highly agree with you Jessica. Like I said in my last comment, I asked what it would be like If we didn't have any paer money. Would we carry around old coins, or would something else have come along to replace them. So, jessica, I do agree with Yuri ou, paper money was one of the greatests influences of our world.
I would agree with you that paper money was a huge deal. If we did not have " paper " money then we would have a horrible trading system.
I believe that the Mongols had the biggest impact on our culture today. From the silk road they had, they were able to spread more diseases around, like the bubonic plague.
I agree because the world could have been overpopulated. If the world is over populated then we would starve.
I think the Tang Dynasty had the biggest impact, because they made many inventions that we use today. They made paper money, that we use a the time today. They also made many improvements in medicine. Finally they made gunpowder.
I think that the Tang Dynasty had the biggest impact on our lives today. I don't know what we would do without paper money. We might still be carrying around super heavy coins instead of light "flying money". We are so lucky that they invented money.
I agree with tiffany because paper money is very light. It is also very easy to transport from one place to another.
I agree with Tiffany because paper money had been easy to transport. Also it was lighter so you didn't have to carry 45 pounds of coins.
I disagree because they really just gave us paper money while the mongols had a world record and had like the best fighting tactics!
I agree with you Tiffany, because we use paper money we use all the time today. It is also very light and easy to use.
I agree with Tiffany because I don't think we would like to carry 45lbs of coins every were we go.Also It would be good to still carry coins because it would make us stronger.
I totally agree Tiffany, we were so lucky. You are also right when we would probably be carrying heavy coins as well. This is, paper money really changed how we pay for things. Thus, why I think that we were very benefited by paper money which is why I agree with Tiffany.
I think that it was the Tang dynasty because they invented paper money. We still use paper money today, people use more paper money than coins these days.
I agree that tang dynasty had a bigger impact in our culture. I agree because we will have to carry coins only than paper when coins are heavy.
I think it is the tang because they made paper money. We still use paper money today. It is easier to carry money now.
I think the tang dynasty had the greatest impact because they made a lot of inventions that we still use today. Only the things that have the biggest impact will survive time and continue to be used. Today we still use the inventions that they invented hundreds and hundreds of years ago.
I think the Tang Dynasty had the biggest impact because they made paper money. We still use paper money today. It has been changed over time but is the same concept.
I agree that the Tang dynasty was very important. Without light money then we would be carrying super heavy money, and that would be hard to carry around for quick stops to a store.
Tang Dynasty because the Tang made invention like the paper money. When they made paper money they saved supplies of metal, sliver, and gold. Plus, Paper money is lighter then coin when, coin weigh a lot then paper money.
I agree with Jason they don't have to struggle carrying heavy coins. Now it's just paper money that is easy to carry
I agree with you Jason paper is the best invention. It was easy to make.
I think the Mongal Dynasty had the biggest impact. I think this because they expanded the empire so much it is one of if not the biggest empire there ever was. Most of Asia is part Mongol or Chinese because of this.
I think the Tang Dynasty was the biggest impact on us today.why?Well I will tell you they made paper money that we use to pay our bills, food, clothes and a lot of other things. Also the clock that tells the time and the day as well if we did not have the clock we would not know what time it was,the day,or the year! That is why i think the Tang Dynasty had the biggest impact out of them all.
I believe that the greatest affect chinese culture had on our modern world was paper money. i belive that paper money was the greatest influence because
Sorry accidentally pressed post. Paper was the greatest influence because what would we be paying with today. Would we still be paying with metal coins or would some other invention of payment come across. If it wasn't for the Chinese, we might have had to pay with like metal or elephants.
I think that the Tang Dynasty had a great impact on us today. First of all, they were the first to create paper money that we use today. I mean who wants to carry a munch of coins around?
I agree Julia. Carrying around a bunch of coins would be pretty annoying. Plus, if you have a ton of them, it would start to become heavy pretty fast.
I think the Tang Dynasty had the biggest impact to us today. They created paper money which we still use today. This is much better than carrying around a bunch of heavy coins.
I think that paper money had the biggest impact. Without it we wouldn't have an accurate form of currency. It would've been very hard to keep track of how much money you have with 1,5,10,25,50, or dollar coins. It would also take way to long to count coins when purchasing goods. With paper money purchasing goods didn't take as long when paper currency goes as $1,$5,$10,$20,$50, and $100.
Paper money really changed how we purchase goods e.t.c. due to the fact that it's easier than using coins.
I think it is paper money because currency a lot lighter and easier to carry. Paper money has been a great invention for the advancement in currency. Also paper money has been a huge advancement from coins.
I think that the Mongol dynasty had the biggest impact our culture today. Why, you ask? Because they conquered so much land, like Aiden said earlier. This made most of Asia's population Mongol.
I think the Mongol dynasty because they had the biggest land empire and they where nice compared to others because they let the people they conquered practice their own religion!
