I found the middle ages unit all of those things.I was interesting because I learned things I never even knew before. It was fun because of the games we played to go along with it.Last it was sometimes confusion, just to understand why like kings peasants and people like that would chose the life choices that they did.

I think the Medieval Times fun because I learned a lot about stuff I never learned before. Like the black death and what the symptoms were all I knew before we learned about it was that a lot of people die from it. Also I liked learning about the torture chambers. I thought I thought they were cool learn how they interrogated the criminals. That is why I thought the meaningful times was fun to learn about

I agree that the tortures were cool. Emagian being laid out on a table and being stretched constantly for hours.

I think that the most fun part was when we learned about the knights. They were very cool with their armor and weapons. I liked learning about the part of a sword the best.

I agree with you Logan, learning about knight was a blast. Their swords and armor were cool, but they also sounded heavy, being made out of metal. However, this wasn't my favorite part of the dark ages unit was, Castles won over it.

I think that learning about armor was fun because of helmets which were really interesting. Also the chain armor was weird because it looks light but weighs more than I expected. Lastly, the visor on the helmet was cool because they lifted it up to show their face which I did not know.

I agree with you Julian P. because I think armor was a big part of the Middle age unit and it was also really cool knowing how they used to dress to fight/protect and how they dress now.

I thought the most interesting thing was the torches and how they tricked the enemies by using dead ends to shot arrows on them. Some of the torches were a little gross and confusing. For example one of the torches was putting a rat I the victims stomach and the rat has to get out some were. That one was a little confusing to me and I did not know why they would do all of that work to do just that. So that is why I thought torches were the coolest thing in the Midlevel times units.

I think learning about the tortures was the coolest thing in the unit. There were several tortures that were very interesting. I Knew 2 of the tortures which were toe wedging and the iron maiden. I knew the Iron maiden from despicable me, the movie with the minions. I knew toe wedging from a show called Get Smart.

In my opinion, I liked learning about the medieval castles and their defenses was the best. There were murder holes, and dead ends and walls. Designing things is one of my favorite things to do, and it is also enjoyable when i get to learn about clever and old designs.

I think the best part about this unit was learning about the Black Death. The Black Death was an interesting but horrific thing. It killed anybody and anything in its path. We even played the Black Death game which was a lot of fun.

I think learning more about the black death was the best. It is so interesting on how quickly it had spread and how many it had killed. The most interesting part of the black death were the suppose cures. All the remedies there were shows how much we have learned throughout history. This was a very scary time though. I would have liked it if we have had discussed tortures longer also.

I agree that learning about the black death is cool. It really shows a relationship in Gods how we BELIEVED they are the cause to everything, and how they BELIEVED those cures would cure the sick. Now we have more scientific true cures that help us.

I would have liked to learn more on Vikings. I wanted to learn about more important military strategies, weaponry and wars. I liked learning about the crusades a lot, I want to research more on them and specifically what happened.

I liked learning about the Black Death because it was the most interesting. I liked to learn about to remedies used to try and help cure the disease because most of them seemed useless and were quite funny to hear about. The disease spread so quickly, it was unbelievable and it definitely impacted Europe. I wonder what life would be like if the plague hadn't affected the community. Definitely a lot better for the people, but would there not be any animals to eat or could you still eat the animals if they didn't affect the people?

I agree Grace. I think it was funny to learn about many cures that were thought to help the people with the disease. I also think that the animals would effect humans because even thought humans know that animals aren't affected by the plague, it might still be in their body.

I enjoyed learning about the Black Death because of how big of an impact it had on history. I found it interesting on how the survivors of the plague cope with their disabilities after being contaminated. I also wonder how it would impact our society today if the plague was still active.
