I think the Tang dynasty had the biggest impact because , It had the first female ruler.Even though it should have been her son that she later on killed .It showed that women can also do things men can.She also helped make the goverment stronger by having people take tests.

I agree with Taniya. The government wouldn't have been as strong as it is now without the test. It put order to the government and like you said, strengthened the government because you want intelligent people and not dumb people to run the government.

I think the Tang dynasty had the biggest impact. I think this because Wu Hou got the Chinese civilization in order by making the citizens of China take tests. She was also a very good ruler and only gave jobs to the people that passed the test.

I think the Mongols had the biggest impact on china. One is they expanded empire. They had sailing expertise. They improved land in conquered areas along the way. They made the most exploration out of all the dynasties.

I believe the Mongol's had the biggest influence on China. I believe that they had the biggest influence on China because it was finally ruled by someone who was not from China. Also the were amazing at sailing boats. Another reason why is they conquered so many lands in just 25 years. This is why I think the Mongol's had the biggest influence on China.

I agree with you Logan M. I also think the Mongols had the biggest impact. The amount of land they conquered helped all the dynasties after them too.

I believe the Tang dynasty had the biggest impact for the civilization. This proved to many people that a woman is strong and fearless, and not a toy to be played around with. We could be as good of a leader than any man can, if you just give us a chance. The literature arts had a great advancement under her rule. The trading also improved great.

I don't agree that the Tang dynasty had the biggest impact just because it was ruled by a woman. This is impressive but it doesn't prove that the Tang had the biggest impact.

I thought the Mongol dynasty had the biggest impact. It had a strong army, with it's first leader Ghankis Khan. He told his army to show no mercy. He conquered much land with his sons conquering more and more land.

I disagree because even though the Mongals were a very strong army , and were talented . It doesn't really help china because their just slaughtering people for kind of no reason.and that decreasing chinas population and ruining there major buildings ect.

To start off, Taniya, the impact didn't have to b a positive one. Tyler, I totally, completely agree with you. Genghis Khan was a very merciless, not to mention disgusting, person. His reign affected China in both positive and negative ways. There was a positive affect because he re-opened trade routes bringing new ideas to China. The negative was, that he was very merciless, and many, many people died.

I think the Tang dynasty because instead of hiring people that arent smart she made them take a test so she can hire the smartest people. Also Wu Hou was the first female leader in china so she proved that women can lead a country too.

The Tang dynasty had the biggest impact because they had the first ever female ruler. Empress Wu said it was not about if you knew her, but how intelligent you were. She showed men that not only they were capable of ruling, but females were too. She also brought order to the dynasty.

I think that the mongols had the biggest impact on the civilization. I think this because it was the first time china had a non-Chinese ruler. All the other rulers had been Chinese. The mongols also opened up the silk road. and allowed a lot of inventions into Europe.

I agree with you Logan H. because the reason of the whole non-Chinese ruler thing really made an impact. Also re-opening the silk road really let trade and inventions to flourish. In return that to made an impact.

I think the Ming dynasty had the most impact on their civilization. It's influence spanned from culture to politics. Also, they ruled for over 200 years. It was one of the most stable Chinese dynasties.

In my opinion, the Mongol dynasty had the biggest influence on china. First of all, they re-opened trade routes. Because these routes weren't open for a while, ideas could have flourished, so when trade re-opened, they kind of got let free. Many ideas came to and from china. Secondly, they conquered a third of the world! China would have to have a pretty bad to not have been influenced by this mighty reign. Lastly, it let out fear of the mongols for their entire reign. That also would have impacted the country of china. In conclusion, the other dynasties were close, but the Mongols had the largest influence on the Chinese empire.

In my opinion, it's the Mongols who had the biggest influence. I think so because they made it safe to travel on the silk road. They governed well by telling the people they conquered that the previous ruler/ governor could still govern the village/ town. They conquered all of china and ruled it. They also fell badly because they fell on bad luck. They fell by trying to attack china but typhoons hit both times.

I think the tang dynasty had the biggest influence. I think this because this dynasty had a female ruler. Not only Did this leave people in awe but also she changed the law in getting into the important jobs. In this time period anybody could be in the good jobs. It use to be only if you were close to the king. Now thing were changing and this Dynasty and the world was becoming new with a new female leader.

I agree with you Deniyah about how when Wu Hou became the first female leader, it opened everyone eyes and showed them woman can do the same things as a man. Now there is not as much discrimination as there was back then.

I think the Tang dynasty had the biggest influence. I believe this because they were ruled by a female ruler named Wu Hou. Wu Hou strengthened the civil service exams by adding poetry.

In my opinion, I think that the Tang Dynasty had a big impact because it had the first female ruler and she made civil service exams that put smart and intelligent people in their government. Also, she showed everyone that a woman can rule just as well as a man. Also thanks to the civil service exams, there aren't morons ruling china.
