I think that Hannibal was because he did his best to help Rome in the Punic Wars. Like I said in the other blog,he helped Rome with the tricks he had up his sleave. When he was leader he did his best to protect Rome. This is why I think Hannibal made the best impact on Rome.

I agree with Natalie and disagree too. Hannibal did make the biggest impact for being good. Nero made the biggest impact for being bad. I guess I would go with both.

I disagree with you Natalie. Hannibal was not an emperor. Hannibal was a Carthage general. Hannibal did leave a big impact in Rome, but he was not an emperor.

I disagree with Natalie, Cheyenne, Angel, Desmond, Tony, and Jordan. For only one reason, Hannibal was a Carthaginian leader, not a Roman leader. That's why Rome had no benefit from Hannibal.

Thanks Austin! I was getting so confused! I didn't understand why everyone was talking about Hannibal as a good leader in Rome, when he wasn't even from Rome. LOL. Thanks for setting everyone straight. Just hopefully they see your comment!

I disagree with Natalie. Hannibal was not a roman emperor, he was a Carthaginian general. Therefore, he can not make any impact on Rome because he was not a roman emperor.

I think that Emperor Nero left the biggest impact on Rome because of many reasons. First, He started a fire that lasted 6 days, and he blamed the fire on the Christians. He blamed it on the Christians to make them look bad. He also made the biggest impact on Rome because he changed the Olympic games to a different date so he could win all the medals. This is why Emperor Nero left the greatest impact on Rome.

I agree Cheyenne. Nero was a terrible leader. He started fires, cheated, and even worse killed himself.Nero was a very bad leader and did not like Christians at all which upset many people.

I agree with you Cheyenne on Nero having a big impact on Rome as well. I agree with you because the fire that Nero did destroyed a lot of Rome which is very important. When Nero did the fire, that could have destroyed a lot/a very important building for Romans. I believe that this had a big impact because if that important building is gone, then people can not do the things that they need to do like work. That is why I agree with Cheyenne.

I believe that Nero had the biggest impact on Rome (Negatively). He started a fire that really hurt Rome, and then blamed it on Christians. Christians were already persecuted for not worshiping their king as a god.Nero also died from killing himself which proves he was a terrible leader.

As for me, I think that Constantine had the most positive impact on Rome. For the one reason. He mad Christianity legal. Before, Christians had to worship in graveyards to not be arrested and executed. The worst I say was Nero. Nero persecuted Christians for falsely accusing them that the started the great fire the Nero himself started. That's why Constantine was the better emperor.

Sorry, my bad. I believe Nero made the biggest impact because he did start the fire, but blamed it on the Christians.Which got them persecuted. Yet,they were already not believing in the Roman god and were spreading to much culture. This is why I think Nero made the biggest impact.

I feel like Julius Caesar made the greatest impact on Rome. He help out the poor, which is 95% of Rome. He also payed the roman soldiers because they deserve some kind of reward for keeping Rome safe. That is why I think Julius Caesar made the greatest impact on Rome.

I think that Diocletian had the biggest impact on Rome because, at the time, (before Diocletian was emperor) Rome was very hard to govern. When Diocletian was emperor, he went and split Rome in half making a east and west part of Rome. I think that this had a huge impact on Rome because, now Rome was easier to control since their were two parts of Rome which meant, less money on one big spot, army could be split and in two places, and not having such a big population for one huge spot. That is why I thought that Diocletian had the biggest impact on Rome.

I believe Nero had the biggest impact on Rome. Because, of all of the horrible things he had done. He started a mass persecution of Christians because he blamed a fire on them that he started. He was incredibly spoiled and an over all horrible leader.
