I believe that the most important Renaissance invention was, the invention of printing. I believe this because, people were able to make a lot of books within just one month. This could help with schools, and children learning. This also helps with getting more things done in a faster pace, allowing for more work in other things, and more time to yourself. This is why I believe that printing was the most important Renaissance invention.

I disagree with Myles. Printing is really important but I think eyeglasses are more important. if we didn't have eyeglasses a lot of people would have trouble seeing. Thats why I disagree with Myles.

The printing press clearly had the biggest impact allowing books to be printed cheaper and more easily. This helped spread ideas throughout Europe much quicker than ever before. But now, the printing press is not being used anymore since there are computers and printers...and really the printing press just isn't fun to discuss in this blog since we will be discussing it much more in class. So, the invention I will say that had the biggest impact is the water closet, a.k.a. the pooper, the john, the porcelain throne, the loo, the oval office, the poop shoot, the potty, or simply the toilet. I can go on, but I think you get the point! The toilet is something that is being used everywhere today and I a guarantee you have one in your house as well! The toilet allowed for waste to be disposed of much safer than ever before and helped with the smell of #1 & #2. The toilet help stopped the spread of disease because no longer is waste being thrown out the window of homes.

I think the most successful was the eyeglasses. People today still use eyeglasses. Without eyeglasses a lot of people would be having a hard time to see. I wear glasses. When I take them off, everything is a little blurry. Thats why I think eyeglassrs are the most successful invention.

I believe that was very influential too.It stayed with us almost 800 years.People still use them.Without them, you can not see.If you can not see, that is a big disadvantage.

I agree with Cheyenne because many people nowadays use eyeglasses aka glasses. They are very helpful to people. If the eyeglasses weren't made many people would have trouble with their eyesight. If people didn't use eyeglasses they would have trouble learning new information and would have trouble in many other things.

I think that the water closet was the most important because it was a more effective way of disposing waste. Before people would have to throw buckets of urine and fecal matter out their windows. Usually people walking below were soaked in the excreted matter and smelled horrible. This also lead to stinkier roads and the attraction of more bugs. So flushing away bladder and bowel movements was the easier and cleaner method of disposing your "stuff"

That is true Austin but dont forget that diseases also form in your waste. The waste is the most effective place for bacteria to flourish.

I agree with you Austin. If you wanted to use the bathroom and you were a farmer you had to go miles away from your crops otherwise they would take that and get disease. And in some cities they would just throw it out the window.

I think that the water closet is the most important invention because without it disease would spread from your waste since your waste is a place for bacteria to flourish. If we did not have it we would have buried our waste in the dirt also making it smell dirty.

I agree with you Jesus. Without toilets. Bacteria would germinate and infect people in one household. Those people would infect others. And those others will infect others. And those others will infect others. And those others will infect others. And those others would infect others. Until the entire population would be infected and possibly die.

I think the most influential invention was the printing press. I think this because it allowed hundreds of books to be made in the time of a book being hand-written.

I thought that the printing press was the most important invention. I think that it is the most important because before it took a long time to hand write papers. The invention made more books and with more books, more people read the books.

This was my second option but I think the clock was more important though. I thought this because without the clock we might not be able to tell time or it would take longer to develop the invention of the clock

I think the telescope was the most influential. The telescope enlarged what you were looking at for easier viewing. It was made in 1608 by Hans Lippershay . Galileo used one to study the universe.

I think the clock. I think the clock has the highest impact because without the invention of the clock, we might not be able to tell time. Or it might take a while for humans to develop a way to tell time.

I believe the printing press was the most influential renaissance invention. Before the printing press was invented, one book to 6 months, but after the printing press 1000 books took 6 months. It was much easier and faster than writing a book over and over. that is why the printing press was the most influential renaissance invention.

I think the water closet had the biggest impact. I think this because we probably wouldn't of had toilets for a way longer time. Also because you used always have to go outside.

I think the most impactful Ren. invention was the printing press. This invention allowed 1000 books to be published in 6 months. This invention helped a lot of ideas spread. Also, without this invention, we would not have as many books as we have today. We would not be able to copy all the pages we write.Learning would not be as easy as it is today.

I believe that the eyeglasses were the most influential and had a big impact on our world today because many people use eyeglasses at this very moment. Many of my friends have trouble seeing and learning when they are not using their glasses. If they were not invented many people would not have the information they have today because they would have trouble seeing things. Also, not being able to see also impacts other things you need to be able to see.

I believe that the printing press was the most influential invention. I think this because now bibles could be made faster than ever before. It has a huge impact because even now if the printing press weren't made we may still have to make books by hand.

I feel that the printing press was one of the greatest inventions of the rennisance. Without it, it would be hard to learn and to become more educated. Before the printing press was invented it took about 6-8 months to write one book like the Bible but with the printing press thousands could be created in that time.
